  HR喜欢看到什么样的英文简历

首先要清楚HR经理以何种方式筛选简历。求职者一般都知道HR在筛选简历时不是在“看”,而是在“Scan”(扫描)。有人计算过,招聘高峰期招聘人员平均6秒就会“看”一份简历。有的知名企业的Recruiter (招聘人员)最多每天要筛选500份简历。他们是如何做到的呢?招聘人员在看简历前,心里已经很清楚公司要找一个什么样的人,也清楚自己在找什么样的简历。所以简历上的长篇累牍不会对求职者有太多加分。筛选出合适的简历后,决定最终发出面试通知还得取决于简历与职位需求间的匹配度,及该职位需要到位时间的紧迫性和市场上类似候选人的多寡。所以,尤其是希望换行业的求职者,应在能岗匹配上多下功夫。

如果把自己看作产品,把HR经理和招聘经理看作客户,简历就是推销自己的名片和Catalogue(产品手册)。按招聘岗位要求(客户需求),求职者要用其经历和文字使招聘人员力透过纸背,从而看到活生生的应聘者而不只是千人一面的几张纸。求职者往往觉得一页纸的内容少、经历太平凡,但仅是文字上的美化是没有力度的。资历和需求匹配度高的简历投放才是根本。
