  面试制胜的关键是最初“五分钟”

主考官通常在面试开始后的五分钟内,凭借对应聘者的第一印象就作出了自己的直觉判断。这种由最初印象得出的判断会很快占据支配地位,随后的面试过程往往并不能改变这种判断。

因此,精心准备好最初的五分钟,是面试的取胜法宝。

在面试中,应聘者的非语言行为(如与主考官目光的对视、微笑、颔首等)会对主考官的判断产生影响。应聘者走进考场后,可以尽量放松自己的紧张心情,面带微笑,全神贯注,给主考官留下精神饱满、自信亲切的最初印象。而一些看似漫不经心的小动作,如反复抚弄头发,频繁眨眼,眼神游离不定,不自觉地晃动双腿,则会给主考官留下紧张、不自信的印象。

最初的五分钟一般都会包含一个简短的自我介绍。应聘者的自我介绍事先应经过精心准备,做到语言清新、朴实简练,并突出应聘岗位要求具有的专业技能和个人优势。多使用陈述性的语言,少用自我赞美。

许多《财富》 全球500强的公司都有自己甄选人员的标准,如GE公司招聘人员要求其符合公司“坚持诚信,渴望变革,注重业绩”的价值观,而微软公司更愿意招聘具有好奇心,热情执着,善于思考,聪明好学,能灵活运用发展机会,关注竞争对手动态,具备诚实刻苦等美德的人。在面试的前五分钟,应试者在交谈中和回答提问中,积极主动地表现出招聘企业所关注的特质,一定会从众多应聘者中脱颖而出,给主考官留下深刻印象。
