对老师的感恩是发自内心的。感激不需要惊天动地，只需要你的一声呼唤，一丝体贴足够。下课了，老师疲惫不堪地坐在讲台上，同学们，你可以轻轻地走过去，为老师捶捶背揉揉肩;放学后，当你发现老师还坐在办公室为我们一丝不苟地批改作业时，同学们，你可以悄悄地为老师倒上一杯温水;课间，你发现教室里有废纸屑，同学们，你可以顺手捡起来，为老师打造一个整洁的教学环境;节日里，同学们，你可以为老师献上一支花、一张贺卡，那是对老师永远的祝福……

大家好!

我叫xxx，今天我竞选的岗位是xx工程处主任。 竞聘这一职我认为以下几个方面的优势：

第一：、如何做好这个岗位上的工作，堤防养护，就是堤防工程施工，不管是锥操灌浆，土石方工程，它都有一定的要求和校准，那就是要利用有限的资源(人力、物力、财力)在规定的时间内完成相应的任务。我们从事这项工作

第二、我在本岗位工作多年。曾担任过锥操队队长，工程营养科副科长，工程公司副经理，水利工程中级职称。近2年参加了北湖院。潭洲湾护岸工程施工。对该岗位的工作比较熟悉，工作起来得心应手，如果让我报名其他岗位的工作那就生疏多了。

　　大家晚上好，我叫。先作下简单的自我介绍，我来自××班，曾经担任过××、××等职务，相信在座的各位有对我比较熟悉的吧！我要竞选的是宣传部部长。

所谓宣传，《现代汉语词典》中的解释为对群众说明，讲解，使群众相信并跟着行动。而我们宣传部现在的活动基本上只是出海报，写通知。虽说这是宣传校园活动的必要途径，但却不是唯一途径，记得在这学期招新时，有同学问我，我们宣传部是干什么的，我跟他们说宣传部是以出海报为主进行校园活动的宣传，有人大吃一惊，说我还以为是进行文艺表演或是在大街上解说呢！我听了之后也是大吃一惊，后来想想，他的话也有他的道理，我们现在的工作太单调了，科协一有活动，我们就负责写、画，没活动就休息，缺乏主动性。我们可以有适当的转换形式，譬如科协最近要举办英语短剧大赛，我认为宣传部的工作除了出好海报和通知之外，也可以组织科协人员先编写一个短剧让同学们观看，以出色的表演激发同学们的兴趣，以达到宣传的目的，当然我知道，还要办成功，困难肯定不少，有资金、人员各方面的原因，但我相信通过大家的努力，会成功的。这样的宣传方式应该比海报、通知有效。我觉得我们应该让同学们相信：科协，值得信赖！

另外我想说的是，我们宣传部并不一定要围绕活动来转，我们可以主动的做一些调查之类的工作，了解同学们或者是社会上一些人的现状，及内心想法，以调查报告的形式交给主席团，这样可以给活动严格正确的引导，各部门之间也可以相互促进，使我们的活动真正的受欢迎，受好评。

我这个人不回也不太喜欢讲大道理，我讲的就是这些了。或许比较肤浅，但也比较实际吧！

在科协的一年中，我苦过、累过，收获确实不小，今天我来参加竞选的对手很强，但我始终相信无论做什么事，爱拼才会赢。谢谢大家的支持！

拼搏，应是每一个真正的人所应具有的精神。面对迎面而来的每一个困难，我们要做的是什么?是退缩吗?不，我们需要的是拼搏。拼搏，就是在困难面前不低头，在压力之下不逃脱，在坎坷路上往前走。拼搏不是一时心血来潮，不是空喊号子，拼搏是长期的，需要用坚韧的毅力来维持，需要让坚定的信心来导航。我们今天的学习，便是人生一个漫长的考验，对于我们来说，长期的努力固然重要，但拼搏精神也必不可少，它使我们在成绩的肩头上迈向另一个目标，它使我们的追求无止无境。

在经济高速发展的现代社会，每一个人都面临着“适者生存”的严酷竞争，那就需要提高自己，完善自己，奋力拼搏。不要逃避压力，因为那不是解决总问题的根本途径，我们要做的只有一点，便是：不断上进。也许你已经感到十分疲惫，也许你感到自己的力量已到尽头，那么，朋友，让我们再看一看烟硝弥漫的足球场，看，这球多么有力而迅猛，几乎没有被阻挡的可能，但队员们毫不犹豫的高高跃起，用自己的身体去抵挡，此时，他在想什么呢?是自己跳得不高，根本没有希望呢?还是不能瞄准呢?不，时间不容许他再多想些什么，他只知道，自己在全力挡球，一定会成功!同学们，今天我们站在国旗下，应让那永不退色的火红把我们的心重新点燃。
